Car Show

During 2025 I made the goal of exploring new photography genres I had never tried. Car photography being one of them. The outcome of the car show was the best I could have asked for. These photographs show the best photos from the day and I hope to expand further with this genre in the future

Cinematic Images

From my love of horror, I took on inspiration from the many films I have watched to create a horror themed project for my University. The challenge was to create 4-5 images to create a cinematic series of photos. By adding the colour red to each photo and giving the images a sense of mystery behind them, they all link allowing viewers to make their own story through the images on how they perceive them.

Birds of Prey

From experimenting with wildlife photography, I became fascinated by the amount of different birds of prey there are in the world. This became the inspiration of the photos below and exploring the movement with each bird and there stance.

Whitby Abbey

Whitby Abbey is a historic ruin located on the cliffs overlooking the town of Whitby in North Yorkshire, England. Originally founded in the 7th century, the abbey played an important role in early English Christianity and later became a large Benedictine monastery. The remains that stand today date mainly from the 13th century and are known for their tall Gothic arches and dramatic stonework.

These photos were inspired by the history of the building and showing the nature of the remains still standing. By taking these photos I was able to experiment taking landscape photos and working with a crowded place outdoors.

Skelton Pond

The images in this set were inspired by my Grandad who helped revive a pond and bring wildlife back to the area and give them a home to live in. When visiting he showed me all the different animals along with sharing my passion of photography with me and taking photos by my side.
